Parent Council

We are pleased to welcome new parents to be a part of our council. Our School Council has a long history of being an active school
partner and includes parents, teachers, students, administration, and community partners.

  • Play an active role in the education of your son/daughter
  • Assist in developing and carrying out School Success Plan
  • Keep up to date on, and learn about new/existing school programs, local School Board and Ministry of Education initiatives
  • Gain personal and community-based training/experience
  • Meet other parents with similar interests and have your opinions heard
  • Help with fundraising

Everyone is welcome to attend meetings regardless of whether you wish to be a voting member or not. When parents are engaged, students improve, classrooms improve, schools improve and the entire community benefits.
